At 5th Street Beauty Bar, operate 2100 sq ft of space. Accommodating 8 suites and a large multipurpose room. We cater to beauty and health professionals. Our facility comprises each suite with water amenities to suit your professional needs. Additionally, we offer a versatile multipurpose room that is available for a daily rate, catering to photographers, makeup artist, wedding stylist and health professionals. It is also available for small classes.

At the Beauty Bar, we chose to leave the suites as a blank canvas so that each professional can put their own touches and personality into their space. We do have a one-year lease, but with no hidden fees. We are a privately opened salon suite, so we do not operate as a corporate salon suite.

ABOUT US

Hi! My name is Amy and I have been a Cosmetologist for 32 years. I have been a salon owner for the last 20 years and a Salon Suite 'Landlord" for the past 6 years. I still work behind the chair so I have a full sense of what its like to work in your own suite!

I have a successful 7 suite salon located in Fenton, Mo. My clients as well as other guests who come in, LOVE the concept of the suites. Some do not always understand it when they first come in, but after they walk around, they are in awe!

I loved the idea of salon suites but there weren't any in my area, so what did I do? I found a way to open my own! I kept it simple, no crazy suite prices and while I do have a lease for each suite, I kept that simple too!

Fast forward 5 years, the Fenton suites were doing well, and I still had stylist contacting me wanting a suite! So, what do I do? Open another location, with 8 suites, but in small town, who also did not the suite life available! That's how 5th Street Beauty Bar Salon Suites developed!!

I kept things simple. Added water for shampoo bowls or hand sinks to all the suites, painted, new lighting, new flooring in the whole space as well as decor. I did choose to leave the suites a blank canvas for whatever type of beauty professional might join the suites. I want you to make it YOUR OWN!!

If you are thinking about the Suite Life but are scared, intimidated, not sure, CALL ME!! Because I am not a large corporate chain, I have more flexibility to do what's best for both of us. I just want beauty professionals to have a great space to make their creativity happen!!

Our journey from individual rooms that once served as a counseling service and a doctor’s office to a collection of salon suites is truly remarkable!

It’s fascinating how spaces can evolve and transform over time. The fact that we had the suites already built into the unit was indeed fortunate. Sometimes, hidden gems are waiting to be discovered within seemingly ordinary places. Our hard work in turning this “not so pretty” space into a “diamond in the rough” speaks volumes about our dedication and creativity.
